If your purchase was made through an Independent Associate, the independent associate will be responsible for any refunds or exchanges.
If the purchase was made directly on the 3 Golden Life website, 3 Golden Life offers refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be offered.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced products can be refunded; discounted products cannot be refunded.
- We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at (threegoldenlife@gmail.com) and send the product to: (7676 Hillmont St, Houston, TX 77040 STE 290J).
Once the product is received and your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
